Buoyed with inspiration for exploring textures and light, I patiently awaited Nature to deliver a conducive blend of clouds and light. A day following a storm, the physical conditions and the mood were right. I embarked on the short trail to this site, and with my black-and-white film I was able to capture a broad range of tones and fine detail of the textures across the sandstone surface.
